Free pick-up in store

Choose Pick up at checkout to collect your order free from The Outfitter Lucknow (4602 Mitchell Highway, Lucknow NSW) or The Outfitter Orange (Shop 44, Orange City Centre, Summer Street, Orange NSW). Orders are usually ready within 24 hours, and we'll email you when yours is ready. Please bring your order confirmation.

Delivery within Australia

• Standard: $10.50, 3–7 business days. Free on orders of $150 or more.
• Express: $19.95, 1–3 business days.
• Some bulky items have their own rates ($14.95 standard, $22.95 express), which are shown at checkout.

We deliver within Australia only.

Processing times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment, and we'll send you tracking details once your order is on its way. Public holidays, peak periods and carrier issues can cause delays.

Returns in store

Online orders can be returned or exchanged in person at either store, with no postage to pay. See our Refund Policy for details.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at online@theoutfitter.au and we'll lodge an investigation with the carrier for you.
