SIZING

Most of our labels use standard Australian women's sizing (8–20). Betty Basics and Orientique are cut relaxed – if you're between sizes, go down one. Liverpool jeans use US sizing (0–16): US 4 = AU 8, US 6 = AU 10, US 8 = AU 12, US 10 = AU 14, US 12 = AU 16. Footwear is shown in EU sizing: EU 37 = AU 6, EU 38 = AU 7, EU 39 = AU 8, EU 40 = AU 9, EU 41 = AU 10. Still unsure? Call (02) 9025 9648 – we know how every brand fits.

SHIPPING

Orders are picked and packed in Orange within 1–3 business days and sent with tracking via Australia Post or courier. Shipping is FREE Australia-wide on orders over $175; under $175 the rate is calculated at checkout. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, Express 1–3 business days. Orange locals: choose Local Delivery at checkout for free delivery every Tuesday and Friday, or Click & Collect from our Orange or Lucknow store.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Changed your mind? Full-price items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit, as long as they're unworn, unwashed and have all tags attached. Sale and clearance items are final sale. Earrings, undergarments, hats and hair accessories can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Faulty items are always repaired, replaced or refunded under Australian Consumer Law. To start a return, email us or bring the item into either store.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Gift cards can be used online and in-store.
